Meditation



This is a topic that I love, which is meditation!

As I said in the initiation part, man evolve meditating!

So, meditation for man in special is something that allows him to evolve, that is why meditation has a special place.

The first point that we have to talk about meditation is the following:

Meditation is one thing, relaxation is other.

Meditation will relax you and will help a lot in your physical and mental health.

Meditation is a time of the day in which we take to give attention to the most special person in the world: you.

It is a time in which you can spend time with yourself.

Meditation will be phenomenal for you to reflect about your life and to spend a time with your internal being and listen to yourself.

And the most important of all, it is that meditation is the control of the mind.

Meditation is not just to sit in the dark and to close the eyes, it will be a process way longer and deeper than that.

But in the well-being aspect, the act of doing even a more superficial meditation will be enough to relax and to change a bit the lifestyle.
